Fableism Checkmate Amethyst

Checkmate Checkers are exactly what our garment loving hearts needed. A double cloth fabric that is 100% reversible (ie. no lining needed!). Made from soft 100% cotton and woven in lilac and peach.

Checkmate is perfect for apparel, home decor, and we’ve even used it for quilting. The large colored squares measure 7/8″ x 1″ inches. 

• Composition:  100% Pure Cotton
• Origin: India

• Washing : Hand wash or gentle machine wash at room temperature with a mild and bleach free detergent

• For the first couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum at 30 degrees with a handful of table salt. This will help fix the dye to prevent it running.

• Drying : Low tumble dry or air dry under shade to preserve colors followed by delicate ironing on lower temperatures 

Every quantity added represents 10cm. You can buy from 10 cm and every quantity added adds 10cm to your total. The fabric will all be cut in one lenght. 

Example: If your added quantity is 5, this represents half a metre. Quantity 10 equals 1 metre.
